Northern Trust is seeking a Regional KYC Operations Manager to provide senior leadership and oversight of all AML and KYC activities delivered from Limerick. The role sits within the enterprise First Line of Defence (1LOD) AML function and operates as the senior Limerick based AML leader, partnering closely with Global AML Leadership, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and business stakeholders. This position is accountable for the strategic leadership, governance, and performance oversight of AML/KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, event driven reviews, and client exits, ensuring delivery meets global and local regulatory requirements, internal policy standards, and enterprise control expectations.…
