As part of this mission, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our London team. You will play a key role in supporting our commercial, corporate, and regulatory workstreams as we expand rapidly across multiple jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious startup at the forefront of the energy transition and help shape the legal foundations of a new kind of energy company. Responsibilities Own deal flow: Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier/customer/technology agreements. Flag risks early and land practical, business-friendly solutions. Drive product forward: Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for new product lines. Research regulatory requirements and use them to develop product specs.…
