The Role The firm's structured finance and debt capital markets offering is a key area within the firm's broader practice. The successful candidate would work within the Structured Finance Group, advising our clients on some of the largest, most complex and high value deals in the market. The candidate would have the opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of finance mandates, including: Advising Irish banks and non-bank lenders on the securitisation of their residential mortgage and auto loan books; Advising international banks and financial institutions on all types of structure finance transactions involving Irish “section 110” companies Advising various private equity and hedge funds, credit funds and other institutional clients on the establishment of direct lending…
