The Field Service Engineer supports the team on providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installations, as well as contributes in the resolution of any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, performing regular preventive maintenance on existing systems, checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-value semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
