Digital Power FR Engineer Job Location: Ireland Main Responsibilities: Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with the customers or partners on technical issues. Support of the sales and solution team. Logging of issues reported by the customers. Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process by means of; kick-off meetings, hardware and software trainings and the acceptance test. Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary. You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue. Responsible for supporting second and third line support.…
