Want to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Gong’s ecosystem and be part of a new team in our Dublin R&D hub? The Comms Capture team is responsible for Gong's core data – the data pipeline that ingests and capture customer’s interactions from external communication systems (emails, calendars, phone/web conferencing calls, texts). These pipelines are online, are used by all of the company's customers, and forms the basis for a wide range of Gong's products. NOTE: This position is a hybrid-based role (Dublin office 3 days a week and remote 2 days) Dive into core, complex, large-scale backend systems. Understand how to implement new features, enhance existing capabilities, and resolve issues within a live, massive system without negatively impacting customers.…
