The Project Engineer / Change Management Lead: is a dual-role position supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and technology projects across the Motorway Operations Control Centre (MOCC), Dublin Tunnel (DT), and Jack Lynch Tunnel (JLT). This role includes managing assigned Task Orders, overseeing change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with safety, operational and regulatory requirements. You will lead project planning and implementation in line with NEC4 contract processes and the Scope, and be responsible for driving the Change Control Process (CCP) to ensure controlled, risk-assessed, and well-communicated implementation of change across all systems, infrastructure, and operations.
