Digital FR Service Engineer Job Location: Dublin, Ireland Main Responsibilities: Provide pre-sales testing support and conduct workshops with customers or partners on technical issues. Support the sales and solution teams. Log and track issues reported by customers. Train and guide customers before, during, and after the construction process, including kick-off meetings, hardware and software training, and acceptance testing. Support customers during the commissioning process, including technical inspection of inverter installations and corrective actions where necessary. Act as the interface between customers and the R&D team to resolve any issues. Provide second- and third-line support.…
