The Manufacturing/Process Engineering Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for Engineering Operations across multiple value streams in a regulated environment. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, productivity, regulatory compliance, and safe, efficient operations. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of technical excellence and problem-solving within the team. This position will report to the Senior Manager Engineering Operations and is part of the Global Engineering team and will be an on-site role at our Clare, Ireland site. You can expect to travel up to 10%, in support of equipment improvement projects.…
