Role summary The BCAR Coordinator/Engineer is responsible for the collation of all project documentation. Key responsibilities and duties Co-ordination and tracking of inspection plans during the course of the project Undertaking timely site progress inspections and reports for CCC applications Coordination of all necessary legal boundary maps for submission to Land Registry and legal teams Coordination and population of all relevant subcontractor Ancillary Certification in line with works on site Collation of technical documents required for BER assessor for release of BER certification Ensuring co-ordination & provision of all test certificates and confirmations to the satisfaction of all Certifiers for the purpose of Completion Certificate submission Attend weekly Project Coordination…
