The Electrical Onshore Renewable team manages the electrical scope of ESB’s Solar, Onshore Wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Generation projects. The team plays a crucial role in helping ESB achieve its Net Zero by 2040 strategy and is responsible for the electrical works throughout concept, development, construction, energisation, and handover phases. This includes delivering High Voltage Substations, Grid Connections, Collector Systems, and Renewable Technologies through Design and Build (D&B) and Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) contracts. The team provides Lead Electrical Engineering and handles Preliminary Designs, Specification Preparation, Tendering, Design reviews, Owner’s Engineering, Contract Management, and Site Supervision.…
