Position Description Electrification of transport is a key pillar of ESB’s Net Zero 2040 Strategy – reducing the carbon impact from transport and improving air-quality while growing our business. ESB owns and operates a publicly available Electric Vehicle (EV) charging network on the island of Ireland and are currently upgrading and expanding the RoI, NI and UK networks. The nature of the deployment means that a variety of locations will be progressed for installation, including roads, highways, Council and 3rd party land including petrol forecourts. The successful candidate will be required to provide expert electrical input to the designs, produce site-specific physical drawings of the development with associated design risk assessments, preliminary health and safety plans in addition to…
