The Engineering Assistant will be responsible for design documentation, engineering support related to ERP activities, and BOM management and control using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and manufacturing systems. This role will involve supporting cross-functional teams throughout the design phase and release process, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers and key factory personnel. The Engineering Assistant will work closely with the Mechanical Engineering Manager, Global Sustaining Engineering Manager, and engineering team members to provide production support for ETO assemblies as needed. The role will also help assess and implement solutions that positively impact production and quality while participating in internal design reviews.
