We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Nearshore Data Expert/Specialist (m/f/d) to lead data cleansing, assessment, and defect analysis activities in preparation for data migration to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data quality management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including offshore resources. Client- Hays Key Responsibilities: Data Assessment & Analysis: Evaluate existing data within the source system to identify data elements, assess data quality, understand data structures, and uncover dependencies. Data Cleansing & Quality Management: Identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Ensure only high-quality, reliable data is migrated.…
