The Retail Systems Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, coordinating and continuously improving ARI’s global ERP and omnichannel, with a primary focus for ARI’s website and on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, merchandising processes, retail back-office operations, system integrations and associated retail peripherals. The role acts as a key functional and technical bridge between Global & Local IT, Retail Operations, Commercial, Merchandising, Finance and external support partners. It provides day-to-day system support, requirements analysis, process refinement, issue triage, solution validation and release support across ARI’s technology systems.…
