Position Description ESB’s IT Delivery are responsible for the design, delivery and support of all activities associated with ESB’s IT strategy through innovative IT solutions for all businesses. IT’s Project Management Office (PMO) provides a range of project management services to the IT function in ESB as well as to the ESB Business Units. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for supporting both our Business and Project Teams in defining their business needs, documenting business processes and managing business requirements.
