Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Global HR Solutions - Compliance & AI Governance

About this job

This role supports compliance for HR Solutions across a defined set of countries. It contributes to what controls need to be in place, checks that they are working, supports in spotting where the risks are, and keeps the approach up to date as HR uses more AI. It also supports the process for reviewing, approving and monitoring AI and automation used across the employee lifecycle. The role is accountable for checking controls against the agreed standard but does not run the day-to-day controls or deliver the technology.
