Overview The Technology Pod runs technology operations for HR Solutions (HRS) — system updates and release readiness, Org Studio, mass data loads (EIBs), rescinded and corrected transactions, and the transactional activity behind mass organizational change. That remit is expanding. Workday configuration and a broader set of HR Technology activities will transition to the Technology Pod over time, and contributing to that transition is central to this role: identifying what moves and in what sequence, supporting the build of the roadmap, capability and resourcing needed to bring it across..
