The Senior Finance Analyst - R&D Controlling & BI is responsible to assist the Global Innovation & R&D Controlling department for the control & reporting of the Scientific Innovation Office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform month end close duties such as journal entries and management reports. Deeply understanding of the ongoing R&D operations and the most updated status of all R&D projects, to add the maximum value to the organization. Manage actuals versus budget to allow R&D to attain targets. Oversee maintenance of R&D tracking systems and work to enhance/develop improved project tracking capabilities Develop methodologies and execute processes to create meaningful representations of data for R&D project tracking as required by management.…
