The role is within Depositary Operations helping to ensure that Northern Trust fulfils its oversight responsibilities under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD), UCITS V and other regulatory requirements. The primary responsibilities will be in Depositary Operations. The key responsibilities of the role include: Interpret information from Investment Managers to gain understanding of an Alternative investment; Coordinate sourcing executed documentation & validate documentation and information; Perform and review Asset Verification activities, sourcing appropriate documentation to verify ownership of the Fund over “Other Assets”; Support the team by actioning various daily processes & team mailbox maintenance; Participate on meetings with relevant internal and…
