Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain critical OT systems, including NMS and SCADA, ensuring the system availability, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and operational technology issues within the OT systems. Support, maintain, and develop custom interfaces between the OT systems and ESB and third-party systems, ensuring the effective integration and exchange of operational data. Support, maintain, and enhance custom NMS reporting functionality to meet operational and business reporting requirements. Perform data maintenance activities, including data housekeeping, validation, and data refreshes across OT environments.…
