Role Overview Indra is seeking Laboratory & Field Support Technicians to join its technical Field Operations team supporting the Next Generation Ticketing Managed Service. The role provides advanced technical maintenance, diagnosis, repair and testing of electrical, electronic and electromechanical equipment across both the Indra repair laboratory and operational field locations. Technicians will normally provide Level 2 technical support, undertaking diagnosis and repair of equipment and incidents that cannot be resolved through initial Field Service intervention. They must also be capable and willing to deploy to operational locations to provide onsite technical investigation and resolution of escalated faults.…
