About this job

This role will be Office based in Ballycoolin and very soon at our new Head Office in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath. About the Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently while supporting the day-to-day administration of the customer service function. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels in a professional and friendly manner. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Update and maintain customer records and databases. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating where necessary.…
