The Senior Consultant, Business Management is responsible for leading the financial, resource planning, operational efficiency and business performance support for Transfer Agency (TA) & AML. The role is responsible for supporting leadership in business performance & financial management, workforce and capacity planning and organizational effectiveness. This role acts as a trusted partner to business leaders across TA & AML, providing insights, analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making and achievement of business objectives. Partnering with the relevant Business Unit and Function Heads, the role will drive delivery of the financial plan, FTE and capacity targets, expense management, operating model strategy and continuous improvement objectives.…
