The HR Technology Capabilities team pioneers Northern Trust’s approach to talent strategy and organizational growth. As a member of the team, you will play an important role in helping our HR department address the people-related data and analytical needs of internal clients across the globe. Supporting the team as a Consultant for Workday reporting, you will be pivotal to the digital transformation of our HR function to develop business intelligence products and reports to enable HR processes and drive human capital decisions. You will be working with different HR COEs to develop reporting solutions across all functional areas of HR, such as compensation, time, talent, etc.…
