F&B Waiter (m/w/d) Herzliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste in allen Food & Beverage Bereichen. Sicherstellung eines professionellen und reibungslosen Serviceablaufs. Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken. Aktiver Verkauf und Empfehlung unseres Speisen- und Getränkeangebots. Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung der Servicebereiche (Mise en Place). Durchführung von Kassen- und Abrechnungstätigkeiten. Betreuung von Veranstaltungen und Banketten sowie Unterstützung im Room Service und in der Executive Lounge. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards. Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen sowie souveräne Bearbeitung von Reklamationen.…
