Together, we break through – with our Accounting & Finance Development Program (all genders) The Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP) consists of four rotations over a two-year period and is specifically designed to prepare you for future responsibilities and development opportunities in Finance. During the program, you will work on a wide range of projects, further develop your professional and personal skills, gain insights into different Finance functions and engage with leaders across the company. This will allow you to build a comprehensive understanding of AbbVie’s Finance organisation and lay the foundation for a successful career in Finance. Over the course of two years, you will have the opportunity to work in four different areas for six months each.…
