Deine Aufgaben Du analysierst Performance-Kennzahlen, Feedback und bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Entwicklungsbedarfe und konkrete Verbesserungspotenziale. Du leitest aus den identifizierten Bedarfen konkrete Entwicklungspläne ab und prüfst, welche Initiativen den größten Performance-Impact versprechen. Du entwickelst eigene Learning-&-Development-Initiativen, übernimmst sie eigenständig und treibst sie von der Problemidentifikation bis zur Umsetzung voran. Du evaluierst L&D-Initiativen und Projekte anhand relevanter Performance-Kennzahlen, machst ihre Wirkung sichtbar und leitest konkrete Verbesserungen ab. Du koordinierst bereichsübergreifende Projekte und stellst gemeinsam mit relevanten Teams eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher.…
