Lead development activities for underperforming suppliers through the Top Focus process Conduct onsite assessment of potential suppliers Participate in supplier tech reviews Monitor supplier performance and identify underperforming suppliers Support in corrective action review for major customer events Participate and monitor the supplier APQP process Professional experience and education: Degree in a technical discipline preferred 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing Ability to develop suppliers to meet global OEM regulations and requirements Deep knowledge in electrical and electronic components Deep understanding of PCB + PCBA, electric motors, cable harnesses, etc Experience in supplier evaluation and development, continuous quality improvement, and open issues management…
