Deine Aufgaben - Datenmigration mit Wirkung: Du sorgst dafür, dass Patienten- und Termindaten sicher und sauber aus alten Praxissystemen in unsere Software wandern – du bringst Ordnung ins Datenchaos und machst den Umstieg für Praxen so reibungslos wie möglich. - Dein Draht zu den Praxen: Du kommunizierst proaktiv, wenn es technisch wird – ob per Telefon oder E-Mail. Du prüfst dabei, dass alles stimmt, bevor es losgehen kann, und begleitest die Praxen durchs gesamte Onboarding. - Inhouse-Expertin für alle: Sales, Deployment & Co. verlassen sich auf dich, wenn's knifflig wird. Systemkonfigurationen, API-Anbindungen, komplexe Onboarding-Fälle – du bist die Person, die Antworten hat.…
