About The Role We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR function across both offices: the EMEA team in Berlin and the US team in New York. You'll own the pipeline number for both regions, hire and ramp the reps who hit it, and build the outbound playbook they run. The function is early, so this is as much about deciding how we do outbound as it is about managing the people who do it. You'll coach on the phone daily, sit close to the AEs your team feeds, and build the bench that becomes our next generation of closers. This is a hands-on leadership role, not an oversight one.
