Deine Mission Als Process Technology Engineer (m/f/d) entwickelst du in unserer R&D-Abteilung neue Prozesstechnologien für die Advanced-Packaging-Fertigung. Dabei begleitest du Entwicklungsprojekte, arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen und trägst dazu bei, innovative Fertigungsprozesse stabil, effizient und qualitätsorientiert umzusetzen. Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich Entwicklung neuer Technologieprozesse im Semiconductor Packaging, insbesondere für Wafer-, Substrat- und Panel Processing Auswahl von Lieferanten für neues Prozessequipment sowie Begleitung von Projekten inklusive Reporting Definition von Prozessgrenzen und Design Rules im Rahmen von ADKs sowie Begleitung neuer Produkt- und Prozessprojekte Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Process/Industrial Engineering, Quality…
