Aufgaben Du baust maßgeblich an Realaize mit, unserem internen Betriebssystem für den Investmentprozess. Realaize verwandelt unstrukturierte Gebäudedaten wie Exposés, Grundrisse, Energieausweise und Mietaufstellungen in ein strukturiertes Assetmodell, deckt Wertsteigerungshebel auf und rechnet Szenarien bis zum investitionsreifen Case durch. Wir haben aus eigener Erfahrung als Bestandsentwickler eine klare Vorstellung davon, was das System können muss. Was uns fehlt, ist die Zeit, es selbst zu bauen. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns, was wir vordenken.
