About the role The BEOL Process Development Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for the development, optimization, and qualification of Back-End-Of-Line (BEOL) processes. This includes metallization, via integration, dielectric processes, and CMP, ensuring high performance, yield, and reliability, especially for automotive and high-reliability applications. What you will do Develop and optimize BEOL processes including metallization, tungsten vias, dielectrics, CMP, passivation Define process flows across deposition, etch, clean, and planarization steps Perform reliability qualification in collaboration with reliability team Analyze failures using SEM, TEM, FIB, and electrical test structures Conduct DOE and statistical analysis to improve yield and robustness Collaborate with design teams to…
