Use Case Identifikation: Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale im operativen Alltag (z.B. in der Beschaffung, Auftragsbearbeitung oder Teamkoordination) und bringst eigene Ideen ein. Prozessanalyse & Konzeption: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe (z. B. in Workshops) und leitest konkrete Automatisierungsansätze ab. Lösungsentwicklung: Du entwickelst eigenständig smarte Workflows, Apps und Automatisierungen auf Basis von Low-Code-Plattformen (z. B. Microsoft Power Plattform) und bindest relevante Datenquellen an. Testing & Rollout: Du führst User Acceptance Tests durch und begleitest das Change-Management sowie die Schulung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Fachbereich.
