Als Business Development Manager (m/w/d) bei Enpal Financial Solutions arbeitest Du an einer zentralen Frage: Wie können wir unser Partnergeschäft erfolgreicher und skalierbarer machen? Du übernimmst ein eigenes Portfolio an Installateur-Partnern und analysierst, wo Wachstumspotenziale liegen, welche Herausforderungen unsere Partner haben und welche Maßnahmen den größten Impact schaffen. Dabei geht es nicht darum, bestehende Prozesse einfach abzuarbeiten. Du strukturierst komplexe Probleme, stellst die richtigen Fragen, entwickelst neue Lösungsansätze und setzt diese hands-on um. Du kombinierst analytisches Denken, Business Development und kommerzielles Verständnis und arbeitest eng mit Sales, Operations und Product zusammen.…
