This exciting role as a Software Implementation consultant in our Configuration group will work as part of a team to support and configure our Wire and Cable software for our customers. This role focuses on: UI based configuration elements of the Implementation More technical elements of the Implementation which will require knowledge of SQL and authoring of data collection forms using XML Supporting our customers and relationship building Consultancy and Configuration Provide support to existing clients including report generation at critical times of the year Advise and assist the client in maintaining and enhancing their application Configure the system as per the defined requirements using the system user interface Work with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issues…
