As a Cyber-Security Software Engineer for Automated Mobile Machinery (m/f/div.), you will be crucial in designing and implementing robust platform-level security mechanisms on our QNX-based embedded systems. Your primary responsibility involves translating security requirements into concrete software and system implementations. You will design and integrate secure boot chains, image verification, and root-of-trust concepts while also implementing security for in-vehicle communication (CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet). Applying cryptographic mechanisms and supporting key/certificate handling, alongside the implementation of secure software update concepts, will also be key tasks.
