Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte: Erstellung von Dienstanweisungen, regelmäßige Aktualisierung sowie Überwachung und Einhaltung dieser Beaufsichtigung, Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich (einschließlich der Durchführung von Mitarbeitendengesprächen) Weitergabe wichtiger Informationen, welche Auswirkung auf die Dienstplanung haben (z. B.
