To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Retail Excellence Team as Sales Performance Specialist, budget and forecast (m/w/d) in Hamburg. Key responsibilities: Build monthly sales forecast by region and channel, improving forecast accuracy and financial visibility. Translate the appointment pipeline into reliable revenue projections across the funnel. Develop scenario simulations to estimate the impact of commercial initiatives on sales performance. Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to ensure structural alignment of demand, capacity and cost.…
