Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst berätst Du unsere Bestands‑ und Neukunden zu Analyseleistungen, Probenahmen und technischen Anforderungen. Du erstellst individuelle Angebote, prüfst deren Vollständigkeit und stimmst Dich hierzu eng mit dem Account Management ab. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört außerdem die Ausarbeitung technischer Lösungskonzepte auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen und unserem Leistungsportfolio. Du klärst Prüfparameter, Methoden und Prüfanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Laborleitung und Prüfleitung und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher. Darüber hinaus dokumentierst Du Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM‑System, koordinierst Kundentermine und bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen.…
