Sie unterstützen den Vertriebsbeauftragten bei der Einholung von Angeboten, sowohl für Waren als auch für Dienstleistungen. Sie beraten Interessenten und Kunden durch selbst erstellte Präsentationen und stellen die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher. Sie leisten Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Systemlösungen für Brandmeldeanlangen, Beschallungssysteme und Sprachalarmierungsanlagen für das strategische Geschäftsfeld und komplexere Einzelkunden. Sie erkennen komplexe Systemzusammenhänge und erarbeiten dazugehörige Leistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten. Sie unterstützen die Vertriebsbeauftragten in der Beratungsphase bei Interessenten und Kunden. Sie sind für die Abstimmung mit externen Stellen (z.B. Planern, Ing.-Büros) zuständig.…
