Für unsere Standorte in Deutschland suchen wir engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/innen Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d), die unser Vertriebsteam stärken. Aufgaben Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Außendienst Recherche und Analyse von Kundenkonten Durchführung von Kaltakquise Qualifizierung von Kundenkonten Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden kleiner Unternehmen Terminvereinbarung für den Außendienst bei mittelständischen Unternehmen Kalkulation, Erstellung und Präsentation von Angeboten, insbesondere bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen von Neukunden Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System Unterstützung und Vorbereitung bei der Implementierung neuer Kunden und Geschäftsbereiche Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
