Deine Position Du bringst Heartbeat direkt zu den Kundinnen und Kunden: Du telefonierst täglich mit interessierten Haushalten und erklärst verständlich den Nutzen von Heartbeat. Du führst eine hohe Anzahl an Gesprächen. Du reflektierst, lernst schnell dazu und teilst deine Erkenntnisse im Team. Du probierst neue Gesprächsansätze aus und hilfst mit, unseren Vertriebsansatz ständig zu verbessern. Du bist Teil des Gründungsteams und gestaltest mit uns den Aufbau einer wachsenden Einheit. Dein Profil Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Projekten oder unternehmerischen Fragestellungen ist bereits vorhanden. Kommunikationsstärke, Struktur und echtes Interesse daran, wie Kund:innen wirklich ticken, zeichnen dich aus.…
