Wir sind der erste AI Property Manager, der auf einem eigenen Operating System läuft, und betreiben Gebäude damit End-to-End. Ralph OS automatisiert Zahlungen, Buchhaltung, Compliance und Kommunikation. AI-Agenten bereiten die Arbeit vor, und unser Team gibt sie frei. Die Hausverwaltung ist unser Einstieg. Das Ziel ist die neue Infrastruktur für die ganze Kategorie, mit Fintech, Versicherung und Finanzierung auf derselben Plattform.
