What we are looking for Semperis is looking for an Associate Vice President, Pre-Sales, EMEA to lead, develop, and scale our Pre-Sales organization across the region. This is first and foremost a people and business leadership role. You will lead a distributed team of senior Sales Engineers and frontline managers, with responsibility for developing leaders, building a high-performance culture, managing talent and capacity, and driving consistent execution across EMEA. We are looking for an exceptional leader with strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and technical credibility. Your primary responsibility will be leading the organization rather than acting as an individual contributor, while selectively engaging as an executive technical sponsor on strategic opportunities.…
