Für ein inhabergeführtes IT-Systemhaus aus Norddeutschland (rund 70 Mitarbeitende, 30 Jahre am Markt, Kununu Top Company) suche ich den spielenden Kapitän für den Systemhaus-Vertrieb: Du führst ein kleines, eingespieltes Team, berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung und bleibst mit rund 60 Prozent deiner Zeit selbst am Kundentisch, mit Managed IT Services, IT-Security und Microsoft 365 für den Mittelstand. Das ehrliche Spannungsfeld: Der Anbieter ist nicht der günstigste in der Region, bietet dafür das stärkere Paket. Die Türen gehen auf, am Abschluss hat es zuletzt öfter gehakt.
