Als Teamlead Sales – Repowering & Heartbeat Upgrades steuerst du unser Innendienst-Vertriebsteam in Berlin. Du sorgst dafür, dass wir bei Bestandskund:innen sowie warmen Leads bestehende Anlagen in zukunftsfähige Energiesysteme verwandeln – durch Heartbeat AI, Dynamic Pulse und gezielte Hardware-Upgrades. Deine Aufgaben Teamführung & Motivation: Du leitest, steuerst und vergrößerst unser Telefon-Sales-Team im Innendienst.
