Als Vertriebsleiter / Head of Sales (m/w/d) führen Sie nicht nur unser Vertriebsteam, sondern verantworten das gesamte Vertriebsergebnis – vom eingehenden Lead über Kontakt, Beratung und Angebot bis zum profitablen Auftrag. Ihr Ziel ist es, Strukturen zu schaffen, mit denen unser Vertrieb planbar, messbar und unabhängig von einzelnen Personen erfolgreich wächst. Dabei entwickeln Sie bestehende Prozesse weiter, etablieren klare Vertriebsstandards und KPIs, verbessern Abschlussquoten und Forecasting und entwickeln unsere Mitarbeiter durch konsequentes Coaching zu einem leistungsstarken Vertriebsteam.…
