Für meinen langjähringen Kunden bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Head of Sales (m/w/d) Wir suchen einen Head of Sales (m/w/d), der nicht nur selbst erfolgreich verkaufen kann, sondern vor allem andere Vertriebler erfolgreich macht. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die vertriebliche Performance und Weiterentwicklung unseres gesamten Key Account Teams. Du führst als Player-Coach, entwickelst unsere KAMs individuell weiter und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Vertriebsmitarbeitern zunehmend selbstständige und strategisch agierende Umsatzträger werden. Dabei geht es nicht darum, die schwierigsten Deals selbst zu übernehmen. Dein Erfolg zeigt sich daran, dass dein Team diese Deals zunehmend selbst erfolgreich abschließt.…
